In order to solidly promote the orderly implementation of various work related to safety production in the group, eliminate various potential safety hazards, and ensure that the safety production month activities are carried out thoroughly and effectively, the group's safety work team has carried out safety supervision and inspection work for key enterprises, striving to maintain the overall stability of safety production in the group.
On June 3rd, Wang Baoping, Executive Director of the Public Utilities Group and Head of the Safety Working Group, led a team to conduct a safety production supervision inspection at Jiangsu Volkswagen. Members of the management team of Jiangsu Volkswagen, heads of relevant functional departments, and the management team of Sanbahe Plant jointly participated.
The inspection team first listened to the report from the Jiangsu Volkswagen Safety Committee on key tasks such as the implementation of the safety responsibility system, daily safety management and control, hidden danger investigation and treatment, safety standardization construction, and standard improvement and renovation projects. They gained a detailed understanding of the overall situation of current safety production in Jiangsu Volkswagen and the progress of the standard improvement and renovation projects, and engaged in relevant discussions on safety production management with the participants. Subsequently, the inspection team observed the emergency drill for fire emergency escape in the office area of the Sanbahe factory and provided comments on the effectiveness of the drill.
During the on-site inspection, the inspection team visited the Sanbahe factory in Jiangsu Province, which underwent upgrading and renovation, to carefully inspect equipment operation, safety protection measures, standardization of operational procedures, and on-site hazard investigation. They emphasized the need to focus on safety control details for special operations such as hot work and confined spaces, strictly adhere to the safety bottom line at the construction site, and strictly control construction safety risks. They required the Jiangsu Dazhong management team to closely monitor the implementation of safety management and the investigation and treatment of potential risks at the project construction site, in order to strengthen the safety defense line of the project.
On June 4th, the inspection team arrived at the Nantong Beili LNG Station of Nantong Dazhong Gas to conduct a special supervision and inspection on safety production. Chairman Diao Zhenyu, Executive Deputy General Manager Qiao Hang, and Deputy General Manager Huang Xuefeng of Nantong Dazhong Gas jointly participated in the inspection.
The inspection team conducted comprehensive, full-coverage, and detailed safety inspections in core and key areas such as the LNG production operation area, central control room, and mini fire station. They also verified the implementation progress of the annual safety and fire prevention work plan and the execution of the deployment spirit from various meetings of the Safety Committee. The team focused on sorting out the difficulties and unresolved safety hazards in current production safety work. At the same time, they carefully inspected the operational status and actual effectiveness of digital control platforms such as the intelligent online monitoring system, tower online patrol monitoring, and drone intelligent inspection. Furthermore, the inspection team inquired in detail about the implementation progress of key work such as monthly safety production measures, hidden danger investigation and closed-loop rectification, and safety publicity and education for all employees. They also randomly checked the theoretical knowledge of safety production, equipment operation skills, and mastery of emergency response plans among on-the-job employees, comprehensively testing the safety management level of the site and the practical operation ability of frontline personnel.
Based on the on-site inspection results, the inspection team provided targeted guidance on the safety production management work at Nantong North Station and made special arrangements for the key tasks of the next phase of the Safety Production Month. Firstly, it anchored the theme and main line of the Safety Production Month, tightened and solidified the safety production job responsibilities of all staff at all levels, and promoted the normalization and long-term effectiveness of on-site risk classification and control. Secondly, it continued to deepen the application of digital technology empowerment, relied on intelligent equipment to make up for weaknesses in pipeline control, and achieved improvement in the inspection of high-pressure gas pipeline networks. Thirdly, it normalized the implementation of practical emergency drills and systematic safety skill training, comprehensively honing the practical abilities of frontline employees in emergency avoidance and dangerous situation handling.
